I am studying a Bachelor of Advanced Science (Honours) at the University of Queensland, majoring in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and minoring in Computational Sciences, with my electives filled with software engineering courses. I am striving towards a career as a Research Software Engineer and being able to work with MDAnalysis through GSoC this year is a really exciting leap in that direction for me. I have already learned so much through the application process and I cannot wait to learn more and contribute back to this community.
